Wednesday: Rest.
Thursday: Missed track work out. Lazy.
Friday: 6.22 miles, 7:32 pace. Still feeling a bit tired from Saturday's race.
Saturday: 12.26 miles, 7:42 pace. Light rain, perfect weather. First eight miles felt very good. Last four miles hurt.
