Tuesday: 5 miles on treadmill (1 mile easy, 3 miles at 6:30, 1 mile easy).
Wednesday: Rest.
Thursday: Speed - 5 x 800m (2:52, 2:56, 2:53, 2:55, 2:55)
Friday: 6.5 miles at 7:09 min/mile.
Saturday: 15.3 miles at 7:32 min/mile.

I could barely keep up with you guys for one lap. I'm amazed at how you hold that pace lap after lap. I only had a near-barf experience twice when we were running Thursday.
